Project Manager Role

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of critical airfield upgrades on the Cocos Islands. As Project Manager, you will oversee the full scope of the project, ensuring everything from planning and resource allocation through to completion and handover meets our high standards.

The Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coordinating resources, driving safety and quality outcomes, and ensuring commercial targets are met while working in a remote and challenging environment. Operating on a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will work closely with stakeholders and a dedicated project team, using your leadership and technical skills to achieve results and deliver lasting benefits for the local community.

About Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in civil construction, experience managing complex projects from start to finish, and a proven ability to work effectively in remote or challenging environments. You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to plan and manage safety and quality at every stage.
