Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sandblasting and spray painting on marine vessels.
- Uphold safety and quality standards in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required.
Requirements
Marine Craftsman
- Relevant experience in marine work or a painting background are highly desirable.
- Sandblasting or spray painting skills are a plus.
- Car License (manual preferred) and Forklift License are desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current boat license is a plus.
Shipbuilding Professional
- Sound knowledge of vessel construction and maintenance practices.
