Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sandblasting and spray painting on marine vessels.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required.

Requirements

Marine Craftsman

• Relevant experience in marine work or a painting background are highly desirable.
• Sandblasting or spray painting skills are a plus.
• Car License (manual preferred) and Forklift License are desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Well-presented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current boat license is a plus.

Shipbuilding Professional

• Sound knowledge of vessel construction and maintenance practices.
