Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks across the service centre, including disassembly, cleaning, quoting, machining, rebuilding, and testing Rockdrills.

About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving service issues, escalating technical concerns when needed, assisting the Workshop Manager in executing the national service plan, managing inventory, providing leadership and supervision within the workshop, mentoring Apprentice Fitters and Machinists, and focusing on quality improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fitting and machining, industry knowledge, and an understanding of our products' importance to customers.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is necessary, as well as strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
