About the Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading the operations division of the site, including 24/5 and 24/7 operations. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to achieve business goals, managing daily and weekly production schedules, and monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations division of the site, including 24/5 and 24/7 operations

Requirements
  • Visible belief and demonstrated leadership in driving a Zero Harm culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of SAP/MS Office suite
  • Demonstratable experience in a similar role within plastics and/or recycling
  • Collaborative and enabling approach, with a proven ability in dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Unrelenting focus on quality output that meets customer expectations
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability
