Creative Director Role Overview
The Country Road Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision and direction of Country Road – Apparel and Accessories. This is a critical role in shaping the overall brand image and ensuring that the creative output aligns with the brand's vision and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that drives brand growth and market share.
- Lead and inspire a team of experienced designers to deliver high-quality products that meet the brand's vision and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet creative vision and commercial objectives, and meet quality, and timely delivery of prototypes.
- Manage and communicate ideas and growth opportunities for the Brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, or other related experience.
- 15+ years of experience within Design, with extensive experience in a leadership role across multiple product categories including Womenswear, Accessories & Childrenswear.
- Ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic design direction.
- Ability to lead and inspire Heads of Design providing guidance and mentorship.
