Job Title: Specialty Coffee Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate coffee professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing high-quality coffee drinks using espresso machines and grinders, as well as exceptional customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and speed
  • Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment
  • Advanced coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee-related equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School (Year 9-11) or equivalent qualification
  • Barista: 1 year (preferred)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Australia Work Authorisation
