Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Rip Curl is a leading surf brand that combines lifestyle with career opportunities. As a customer support representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members and customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer all member queries and make necessary changes to the CRC database.
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments when required.
  • Provide administrative support to our online store and services centre.
  • Identify potential improvements on websites and manage the YotPo review program.
  • Liaise with the Web & eCommerce team to ensure accurate product and store information.
  • Effectively communicate with retail accounts and private customers to handle queries and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of Rip Curl products and key features across categories.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
