Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, generating customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and performing various financial tasks.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- AP & AR Management: Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Customer Invoicing: Generate and manage customer invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, providing insights into business performance.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
