Project Support Specialist

The Project Support Specialist is a crucial role within our Operations team, providing administrative support and services to ensure the smooth delivery of vessel service visits and the day-to-day operation of the Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks, including data management and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate systems and registers in line with project requirements.
  • Provide level-headed administration support that fosters an environment of efficiency, accuracy, and order of priority.
  • Assist the Operations and Admin teams with general administration duties.

Requirements

  • Hold a Construction safety induction (white card) or the ability to obtain one.
  • Working experience in an Administrative/Project Support role and/or Diploma in Business Office Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate positively and professionally.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks/projects.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of project management, processes, and planning.
