Seeking a Support Worker to provide day-to-day assistance and companionship to individuals in their homes or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical support with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to help participants build relationships and connections within their community.
  • Assist with transportation, shopping, and other activities as needed.
  • Document progress and incident reports in accordance with organization policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a support worker role (desired but not essential).
  • Current Working with Children Check clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A current Drivers Licence (P2 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
