Role Overview

Aptella PaveSmart is a leading provider of surveying and paving services for high-profile projects in Australasia and the USA.

We have an experienced team of surveyors who ensure complete control over asphalt surfacing projects, removing risks and delivering successful outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will utilize proprietary PaveSmart technology and level control systems to assist in material laying processes and provide clients with assurance that their depth level requirements, contract level tolerances, and smoothness requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise daily with site supervisors and engineering staff.
  • Communicate regularly with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using our PaveSmart system.
  • Install control networks.

To be considered, we seek individuals with:

  • Survey experience.
  • Asphalt experience.
  • A current driver's license.
  • A construction induction card.
  • RII and/or VOCs preferred.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High reliability and punctuality.
  • The ability to work day, night, weekends, and away from home as needed.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and police check.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
