Our experienced survey consultancy teams offer comprehensive control of any asphalt surfacing project, ensuring risk reduction and smooth project execution.

In this role, you will utilize proprietary PaveSmart Technology and level control systems in conjunction with survey data to facilitate accurate material laying and deliver high-quality results that meet client requirements.

To excel in this position, we seek an individual with:

  • Liaising daily with site supervisors and engineering staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Effective communication with plant operators and site staff to maintain optimal level controls.
  • Proficiency in operating Asphalt Paving Machines using our PaveSmart system.
  • Installation and maintenance of control networks.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in asphalt level hand operations.
  • Background in asphalt labouring/operator roles.
  • Current driver's license and construction induction card.
  • Rii and/or vocs qualifications (nice to have).
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work day, night, weekend shifts, and travel as required.
  • Pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
