Leading National HVAC Provider is seeking an experienced scheduler to join their team. This is a newly created role to help with rapid growth nationally.

An industry leader in HVAC and compressed air solutions is looking for a HVAC service coordinator to work in their team located in Port Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity for a career growth as the company is extending nationally. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication skills, and experience in service coordination.

The candidate should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, be well-organized and able to work to deadlines. They should also have SAP / CRM experience and be able to provide onboarding and process training when requested.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and manage calls via the company's 1300 number
  • Prepare & complete pre-qualification contractor management forms
  • Manage and maintain customer portals
  • Raise, Schedule & Maintain service work orders in CRM for successful service bookings
  • Liaise with the customer ensuring timely completion of work
  • Re-organise service jobs, liaising with affected parties, as may be required due to parts unavailability or changed customer requirements
  • Provide service quotations to customer requests using the Service Calculator or transaction information
  • Process sub-contractor purchase orders
  • Process invoice credit request
  • National Branch coordination Support
