Customer Service Representative Opportunity

A dynamic and fast-paced clothing alterations shop seeks a dedicated customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our valued clients.

Duties include:

  • Attending to customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Answering telephone calls and handling customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing environment (preferably 1 year).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based setting, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if required).
