Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Support Worker. This role plays a pivotal part in providing world-class care to residents, working closely with allied health professionals to support the implementation of care plans.

The Role's Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Host group and individual programs, promoting resident engagement and participation.
  • Support telehealth assessments and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Complete progress notes and charting for completed exercise programs.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards. A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability is preferred.
