Job Description:

We're seeking a talented IT professional to join our Managed Services Infrastructure team. As a System Engineer, you'll play a critical role in providing Level 2 Systems Support to our customers.

You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, developing technical change requests, migration, and test plans, and maintaining product and/or service documentation.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a real impact in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar Server or Cloud support role
  • Microsoft Windows server and desktop troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of:
  • MS Active Directory management, AzureAD and O365
  • Powershell and other scripting and automation
  • Azure, Microsoft365 and/or AWS deployment, platform management and support
  • Remote Access and Remote working – Citrix/RDS, VPN & SaaS delivered applications
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
