ADF Rehabilitation Consultant Role

A rehabilitation consultant position is available in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The role involves providing expert clinical skills to support individuals throughout their rehabilitation journey.

This is a unique opportunity for registered nurses to draw upon their clinical expertise and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve specific health goals.

The successful candidate will be involved in case management, implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, as well as conducting initial assessments and worksite reviews.

  • Collaborate with employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals;
  • Facilitate a return to wellness plan using nursing knowledge;
  • Implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through effective case management;
  • Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews.

This role offers a genuine person-centred focus, with KPIs based on service delivery outcomes rather than billable hours.

The successful candidate will work across local bases, with flexibility to work from home or at client sites.

This is a high-quality service provider that supports and mentors its staff through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process.

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
  • Case Management experience;
  • Strong clinical reasoning;
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams;
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate.
