As a retail store leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and exceptional customer experiences.

The role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Develop and implement effective stock management practices to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Manage all store administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and creating efficient rosters.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
