Our goal is to deliver exceptional care standards that enrich the lives of our residents. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, your key responsibilities would include:
- Establishing genuine relationships with residents and their families
- Crafting engaging programs that cater to social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment
- Coordinating group activities both within and outside our homes
- Developing personalized lifestyle goals for residents and implementing programs to support their achievement
- Collaborating closely with our support teams to ensure resident needs are met
To excel in this role, you will be a team-oriented individual who:
- Is passionate about building lasting relationships and creating opportunities for residents to enjoy themselves
- Possesses a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
