Academic Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Academic Leader to join our team. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of teaching and support staff to drive student outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of educators to achieve strategic objectives and goals
- Develop and implement professional learning programs to enhance teacher skills and knowledge
- Mentor and coach new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- Collaborate with school leaders and stakeholders to design and implement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a senior educator or equivalent role
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with organisational goals
