Founded in 1991, Deltareef is the premier construction company in North East Arnhem Land. Based in Nhulunbuy, NT, we design, manage & deliver infrastructure projects to our clients wishes. Owed by the Gumatj people we work closely with Traditional Owners, Government and private organisations to construct and maintain buildings across the Arnhem Region.

The position:

We are looking for a smart and delivery focused Leading Hand Plumber who will be responsible for the safe and cost effective leadership of plumbing tradespeople and apprentices. The role:

· All forms of plumbing including maintenance and new construction

· Effective planning, scheduling, reporting and executing projects

· Leading a small team of tradesman and apprentices

· Exceptional communication skills

· Proven adherence to accredited Work, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements

What We Offer:

· $55-60p/h dependant on experience.

· Housing

· Relocation assistance: flights and/or travel expenses which will be negotiated with successful applicant.

Experience Required:

· NT Certifying Plumber and Drainer

· Gas Fitter trade certificate

· Back Flow Prevention & TMV qualification

· Construction Induction White Card

· Working at heights

· Current Drivers Licence

· Working with Children's Card

· Effective planning ability, time management, and prioritisation.

· Exceptional communicator with the ability to effectively liaise with employees, clients, suppliers and contractors.

· Ability to complete job reports on tablets, phones, computers
