We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in Latrobe. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly customers, helping them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers\u0027 homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, helping our customers to maintain their independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers\u0027 physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Provide transport to appointments and social activities, helping our customers to stay connected with their community.

What We Look for in a Home Care Worker:
  • You are passionate about assisting our elderly community and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to support our customers.
  • You are flexible and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to providing high-quality care to our customers.
