Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare in Latrobe. As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly customers, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support customers with mobility and therapy goals
- Provide respite and emotional support
- Transport customers to appointments

Requirements:
- You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
