Our Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our team in Whyalla. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant.

What We Offer

  • FIFO out of Adelaide or Port Augusta
  • Roster: 14/7, rotating day & night shifts
  • Salary: From $100k-$120k per annum + superannuation
  • On-site accommodation + meals provided

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years plant operation experience
  • HR (or higher) truck licence
  • Previous experience operating Front End Loaders, Excavators, Articulated Haul Truck, Dozers, Medium Rigid trucks, Bobcats etc.
  • Have all relevant certifications and tickets to operate heavy machinery
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people
  • Previous experience working in transport & mining industry (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
