About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners that create value for Dotdigital, its partners, and their customers.
  • You'll manage a diverse array of mid-market agencies and tech partners at scale, providing ongoing engagement and support to ensure they continually refer clients to Dotdigital.
  • You'll educate partners on Dotdigital's value by conducting enablement sessions, delivering presentations, and platform feature demonstrations.
  • You'll collaborate with high potential partners and foster their growth within the partner program by developing strategies that encourage continuous pursuit of higher tiers.
  • You'll cultivate and maintain relationships with the internal partner team and support partnership managers in achieving business success metrics and partnership-related projects.

Deliverables

  • Create new business referral opportunities from services and tech partners.
  • Support active opportunities through partner influencing where applicable.

Partner Collaboration

  • Establish opportunities for joint lead-gen, content, and brand awareness go-to-market campaigns through partners.
  • Participate in industry conferences and engage in networking opportunities with current and potential partners.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships or tech sales for SAAS or martech solutions.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, a team player who takes feedback constructively.
  • A motivated, coachable, and determined individual with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Native-level communication in English; a 2nd or 3rd language relevant to Dotdigital's target territories advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment of networking, public speaking, and relationship cultivation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to consistently reaching established goals.
  • Aspiration to acquire necessary expertise and competencies for a long-term career in partnerships, business development, and alliances.
