Lead Store Team to Retail Success

We are seeking a skilled retail professional to drive sales growth and optimize store operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management or supervision, with a proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership and customer service. Additionally, they will be able to motivate and inspire their team, driving floor sales and achieving business objectives.

A key aspect of this role will be to support the Store Manager in maintaining a positive work environment and fostering a culture of innovation, recognition, and teamwork.
