The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and driving sales to meet store targets and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales to meet store targets and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales and stock sell-through reports to identify areas for improvement and work closely with head office to implement solutions.
  • Hold yourself and team members accountable for their own results and provide coaching and guidance to support growth and development.
  • Mentor and coach the team to allow them to grow and develop professionally.
  • Manage workload, workflow, time management, and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting.
  • Drive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff.
  • Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for retail and customer service.
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team.
  • Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrink.
  • Strong apparel experience.
  • 3+ years of retail or leadership experience.
  • Must have full AU working rights.
