Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Our Speech Therapist will manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients. This includes working with early years children, school-aged children, adults, and individuals with neurodegenerative diseases or acquired brain injuries.

As a Speech Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering quality service, collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team, and making a real difference in the lives of people living with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and develop strategies to support individuals with communication difficulties, including speech, language, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide training and support to family members and caregivers to enhance their understanding of communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and referral processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in delivering services to individuals with diverse communication needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering quality service and making a real difference in the lives of people living with a disability.
