About the Role
Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to transform their lives.
- Duties will include identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers, as well as delivering quality service while adhering to all contractual requirements.
- Key responsibilities also include developing personalised job plans for clear employment pathways, building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Requirements
We hire people who are driven, solution-focused, and have a can-do approach. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate composure and adaptability throughout the day-to-day challenges of the role.
Your Qualifications and Skills
You will need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
