We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. Your mission will be to identify and secure employment opportunities for our participants with local employers, supporting them to become job-ready through skills identification and training.

You will be responsible for delivering quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will enhance participants' employability through referrals and develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disabilities, and be solution-focused with a can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Supporting participants to identify skills to become job-ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
