About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RC Driller to join our team at McKay Drilling. As a leading WA-based drilling company, we specialise in all areas of Diamond and Reverse Circulation Drilling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage single rig operation and consistently apply exceptional drilling practices and techniques.
  • Liaise with supervisory team and clients to ensure successful project completion.
  • Implement and maintain high safety standards and ensure personal compliance with company WHS regulations and site-specific rules.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor team members to champion McKay Drilling’s values of safety and performance.

About You:

We require a service-focused individual with a professional approach and excellent communication skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a physically demanding role under pressure.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an RC Driller.
  • Certificate III in Drilling Operations.
  • Senior First Aid.
  • HR Driver’s Licence.
  • National police clearance.
