About the Role

McKay Drilling is a leading drilling services company, specialising in Reverse Circulation Drilling. We are seeking an experienced RC Driller to join our team, working on various projects across exploration and mine sites.

  • Lead and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and performance.
  • Operate state-of-the-art drilling equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and clients to achieve project goals and client specifications.
  • Develop and implement drilling strategies, optimising productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage single rig operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Apply exceptional drilling practices and techniques, consistently achieving high-quality results.
  • Liaise with the crew, supervisory team, and clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure personal compliance with company WHS regulations and site-specific rules.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an RC Driller.
  • Certificate III in Drilling Operations.
  • Senior First Aid certification.
  • HR Driver's Licence.
  • National police clearance.
