The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within our Field Service Department.
  • Maintaining strong technical competence and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Producing accurate and efficient service reports using standard templates.
  • Coordinating job requirements effectively.
  • Carrying out diagnostics and repairs on machines to a high standard.
Requirements

We are looking for:

  • A recognised Electrical Trade Qualification.
  • A valid Western Australian Electrical Licence.
  • Experience with our systems, including Merchant, LinkOne, and SMAP programs.
  • Strong Technical Competence in all K6 & below essential skill sets.
  • Commitment to Compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail in Reporting.
  • Organisational Skills.
  • A valid Driver's Licence (MR licence preferred).
