Key Animation Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Animation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our VDC animation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality construction animations that support major bid submissions and strategic presentations.

  • Producing high-resolution construction animations using Blender and equivalent software is essential to your role.
  • Developing animation strategies aligned with bid and project goals requires a strong understanding of construction sequencing and VDC principles.
  • Collaborating with planners, engineers, and bid teams to visualize construction sequencing and logistics demands excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Establishing governance frameworks and best practices for animation workflows calls for technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Mentoring junior team members and driving innovation in animation techniques necessitates a mentorship approach and a commitment to continuous learning.

Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in 3D animation, with at least 3 years in construction or VDC environments. A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Media, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is also required.
