Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-driven finance professional to join our organization as an Accounts Officer.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, combining strong financial acumen with general administrative support across the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

A strong analytical mindset and ability to problem-solve effectively are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries
  • Accounts Oversight: Oversee accounts payable/receivable and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Xero
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in finance or accounting
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
