Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist to lead our efforts in recruiting skilled blue-collar workers. In this role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies, partner with hiring managers, and source candidates through various channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent, including technicians, tradespeople, and skilled laborers.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of best recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems for recruitment management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
