We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Director of Project Controls. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project delivery frameworks and a passion for challenging conventional approaches to drive better outcomes for clients and teams.

The role involves leading end-to-end delivery of Project Controls services across major infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, power & utilities, aviation, renewables, and ideally water. You will inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, driving business development and expanding our presence in the market, and championing service delivery excellence and contributing to strategic growth.

  • Minimum 17 years' relevant industry experience
  • Full working rights in Australia and currently residing locally
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, and roads
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a passion for developing future talent
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strategic thinker with a clear understanding of growth opportunities in the local market
  • Skilled in producing resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, and parametric cost models
