Driving business growth and sustainable performance in quarry operations, this role focuses on developing and delivering quarry development plans to ensure long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to drive operational, financial, and performance outcomes in quarrying assets.
- Lead and manage key improvement projects to enhance consistency and operational excellence in quarry operations.
- Oversee capital investment planning and asset management in collaboration with the Asset Manager.
- Ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and optimized quarrying assets through effective stakeholder management and coaching.
- Postgraduate qualifications in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years' experience in senior quarry management and/or operations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and business acumen to support market growth and drive operational improvements.
- Demonstrated success in driving results-oriented initiatives and achieving strategic objectives.
