About the Role

The Senior Technical Consultant will be a high-performing member of our consulting team, responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

  • Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations of ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.
  • Debug technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Produce and execute test cases to maintain software quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.
  • Explore and test ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities before considering custom builds.
  • Document code and application functionality, including drafting Functional Design Specifications.
  • Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.
