  • Manage reception duties, greeting clients, and handling phone calls professionally.
  • Assist with invoicing, receipting, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for our directors and accountants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, tax documents, and compliance materials as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role (accounting firm experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with XPM or similar practice management software.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
