Planning and Design Engineer

About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our asset management group, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering planning and design work for various asset sustainability projects.
Your key responsibilities will include leading planning, design, and documentation for asset sustainability projects, collaborating with other teams during early project phases, managing consultant engagement, procurement, and design deliverables, overseeing the full design lifecycle, and supporting construction by ensuring design intent is communicated and implemented effectively.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include a tertiary qualification in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering, a class C driver's licence, and previous experience in water supply, water utility, resource consulting firm, or related organisation.
