Community Focused Occupational Therapist Opportunity
At ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd, we are partnering with a well-established NDIS provider to find a dedicated and organized Occupational Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary team. This role offers a hybrid model working environment, providing flexibility in working from the office in Essendon, within the community, or from home.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to create innovative, evidence-based, and patient-focused solutions for clients in a community setting. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of autonomy, 3+ years of experience, and be registered with AHPRA. You will work closely with NDIS participants to improve their independence and achieve their goals, delivering quality outcomes and tailored solutions to functional barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create therapy programs for implementation
- Work closely with NDIS participants to improve independence and achieve goals
- Provide home-based occupational therapy assessment, intervention, and consultation services
- Deliver quality outcomes for clients and provide tailored solutions to functional barriers
- Work from the Hub in Essendon, in the community, and from home

About the Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Occupational Therapist with a high degree of autonomy (3+ years)
- Passionate about working in the community sector
- Committed to improving client independence through long-term commitment
- Own car for working with clients in the community
- Thrive on working with others, their success is your success
- Registered with AHPRA, NDIS clearance, and WWC ready to start work
