Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our community development program, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Therapy Assistants to provide innovative, evidence-based solutions for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create therapy programs that cater to individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with NDIS participants to improve their independence and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide home-based assessment, intervention, and consultation services.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and tailor solutions to functional barriers.
  • Work from our Essendon/Laverton hub, in the community, or remotely.
  • Enjoy full administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient-focused care.

About You

  • You are an experienced Speech Pathologist with a strong passion for working in the community sector.
  • You possess a high degree of autonomy and a commitment to improving client independence through long-term relationships.
  • You have a reliable vehicle to transport yourself and equipment to community-based appointments.
  • You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • You hold current SPA registration, NDIS clearance, and WWC certification.
