AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a talented engineer to join our team in Canberra.
This role involves designing and deploying secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions using Azure AI, AI Foundry, Responsible AI, and Microsoft's cloud platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience with technical sales conversations, demos, and proof-of-concepts, as well as hands-on engagement in hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops.
- Drive technical sales conversations with business and technical decision makers.
- Lead hands-on engagements such as hackathons and architecture workshops.
- Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leaders.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections.
- Develop expertise in AI Foundry and AI application architecture.
- Grow skills in cloud-native development, including APIs, containerization, microservices, and programming in Python, Java, or .NET.
- 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Additional or preferred qualifications include 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines.
