AI Engineering Leader

We are seeking an exceptional AI Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive meaningful impact.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption across various industries, leveraging Microsoft's AI-powered stack to unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive AI innovation and adoption.
  • Leverage expertise in full-stack App architecture design and cloud-native development to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders and platform teams to accelerate AI Foundry, Azure AI, and Responsible AI.
  • Lead hands-on engagements such as hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops to drive production-scale outcomes.
  • Maintain deep expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture, Agentic AI framework, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, and Responsible AI.
  • Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
  • Expertise in full-stack App architecture design and cloud-native development (e.g., APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven, Python, Java, .NET).
  • Strong understanding of AI & ML models (e.g., Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Foundry SDK, Responsible AI).
  • Proven ability to lead technical engagements that drive production-scale outcomes.
