Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bakers Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily.

As part of the Production Team, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our high-quality standards are consistently met.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels.

Additionally, you will be required to follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure your safety and the safety of your team at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience in producing quality baked goods is desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence, with a positive attitude, is crucial for success in this role.
  • Good organisation and communication skills are also essential.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company is highly valued.
