Be a key player in shaping the future of rehabilitation services. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs that empower individuals to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the success of our rehabilitation services by managing a portfolio of cases within our established framework.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to ensure sustainable outcomes for our customers.
  • Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive best practice wellbeing initiatives and projects.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to our claims team and participate in case conferences.
Requirements
  • A background in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Injury Management, or Registered Nursing.
  • Experience working within a rehabilitation provider, clinical, and/or claims environment.
  • The ability to develop and implement rehabilitation programs aligned with our Best Practice Rehabilitation Framework.
  • Subject matter expertise in occupational rehabilitation, including employability.
  • A commercial understanding of claims environments, management models, and practices, as well as life risk products.
