We are seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Veterinary Director. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced veterinarians to take on new challenges and responsibilities within our dynamic team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a veterinarian with strong leadership skills, excellent surgical abilities, and a passion for mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.


  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, a proven ability to work sole charge, and flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
  • Proven ability to work sole charge when required
  • Flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Passionate about clinical excellence and positive client outcomes
