Aged Care Support Worker Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide in-home care services to our customers, helping them maintain their independence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning homes to ensure they remain safe and comfortable living spaces for older individuals.
  • Personal Care: Assisting with daily tasks such as getting up, showering, dressing, managing medication, and providing emotional support and respite.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Assisting customers with grocery shopping and meal preparation to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Social Support and Transport: Providing transportation to lifestyle activities and social events to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Complex Care: Delivering specialized care for customers with high needs, including those with dementia.
