Civil Infrastructure Designers play a vital role in shaping the built environment. We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Drafter to join our Transport Infrastructure team in Perth, Australia.

  • Maintain and establish corporate documentation standards and procedures to ensure adherence on relevant projects.
  • Prepare high-quality detail drawings using engineering designs and advanced knowledge of design, modelling and drafting principles.
  • Ensure consistent application of client standards across all relevant projects.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on multi-discipline projects for seamless integration through tools and systems.
  • Maintain internal client relationships, deliver project results and communicate clearly, even during difficult conversations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Diploma in Civil Drafting/Engineering from a Recognised Training Centre (RTO) and minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role (consulting industry preferred).
  • A developed knowledge of civil drafting and design principles used in producing final documentation.
  • Solid understanding of AutoCAD design software.
  • Experience in other design packages such as 12d and/or MicroStation is desirable.
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills and a proven attention to detail.
